Where we deliver

We cover the Stockport postcodes — roughly a 5km ring around the shop. If you're on the edge of one of these and unsure, ring us and we'll tell you straight.

Slots & timing

• 2-hour delivery windows from 10am to 8pm, seven days a week.
• Book up to 7 days ahead; order cutoff is 2 hours before your slot starts.
• Order by 1pm for same-day delivery.

How the pricing works

• Minimum order: £25.
• Delivery: £3.50 flat, anywhere in SK1–SK8 — no surge, no small-print.
• Click & Collect: always free. Order online, we'll have it picked and ready in 2 hours.

Substitutions

By default we'll ask you first before substituting anything — we call or message while the picker is still on the shop floor. You can change the default at checkout: "any similar item" if you'd rather not be interrupted, or "don't substitute" if you'd rather have a refund.

How we charge

We authorise the estimated total on your card when you place your order. Once it's picked, we charge the actual amount — often slightly lower if a weighed item came in light or something was unavailable. We never charge you for items we couldn't deliver.

Age-restricted items

For alcohol and other age-restricted items, our driver checks ID on the doorstep — Challenge 25, so if you're lucky enough to look under 25, have something ready. No valid ID means we take the restricted items back and refund them, no fuss.
